Dear STM Families,

 

We are sure that 2009-2010 will be a year to remember here at St. Thomas More School, and the staff of the 2010 edition of The Shield, the STM yearbook, will be working hard to capture all the special moments. As mentioned above, the 2010 yearbook will be 112 pages, and will be in full color! You will definitely want to order at least one copy for your family. Note to parents: Older students enjoy having their own yearbook, as they love to get those autographs!

 

This will be your only opportunity to order your yearbook. Both book and ad sales for The Shield officially begin today and continue for four weeks, through Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Yearbooks ordered after this pre-ordering period will be subject to a $5 surcharge. Because we purchase very few yearbooks beyond the amount pre-ordered by school families, it is especially important that you submit your order and payment now if you want your student to receive a yearbook when they are distributed in May! Please complete and return your order form(s) and payment (all checks made payable to: STM) in a sealed envelope clearly marked ATTN: Yearbook by November 4 to ensure that your family receives its yearbook(s). Be sure to check your child’s backpack to make certain that the order has been turned in on time! 

 

Attached is an order form for both yearbooks and congratulatory ads. All ads will be in color, with photos used in ads appearing in the format in which they are submitted (color photos will appear in color and black/white photos will appear in black/white). As we can only use the clip art that our publisher provides and we cannot guarantee perfect scanning, we request that you not submit a scrapbook page or a message that you have created with your own clip art. The yearbook staff is happy to choose suitable clip art and fonts and/or use the photo(s) you submit. All you need to do is compose the message!   Use the space provided on the form to create a mock-up of your ad. Print your message just as you would like it to appear, and indicate photo placement preferences.
