Music -Grade 2

Second Graders are focusing on the instruments of the orchestra. They will be studying the four families of instruments and they will be making instruments from some of the four families.We will start our study with percussion instruments. 

Our studies in second grade music class will also include the basic elements of music.  These include melody, rhythm, tempo, dynamics and form.

Second grade will also be preparing a program called BUGZ for presentation to their parents and the lower school on April 30th, 2010
