We will use unit themes for each grade with homework assignments and a calendar of activities. There will be videos of student projects throughout the year, and cool links will also be included.

Our first focus for the 3rd, 4th and 5th graders was preparing for the symphony.
We went to Meymandi Hall in Raleigh on October 17 to hear the school edicational concert. We studied the composers Schubert,
Tschaikovsky, Chabrier and Higdon.

The songs we performed were “The National Anthem" and "Cripple Creek."
