Jr. Great Books....

I’m so excited to start another fun year of reading. Our first Jr. Great Books (JGB) meeting was Tuesday, October 13th . Our general procedure will be as follows;

  • We will meet in my classroom, KA room, after dismissal until 4:00.
  • Until that time the children remain with their class in the carpool line. 
  • At 4:00, we will go to the front porch for pick up. I do ask that you be prompt with pick up.  
  • For each meeting , the participants should bring their books (as soon as the books get here) with them and feel free to write in their copies, marking any sections they have questions about or would like to talk about.
  • I will have a snack waiting! 
  • Click here for the list of our meetings, including one make up date in case I have to cancel one for some reason. For the most part, we will meet every other Tuesday. The dates will be posted on line, on the STM calendar and  also be published in the Knight Times. If there are any changes, I will let you know!
