I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are ready to begin a new school year.

I am excited to begin a new curriculum with my students this year.  Contrary to past years, where studies were concentrated in a single discipline of science, students will now study topics from earth, life and physical science each year of their time at STM.  I am thrilled to again be teaching this curriculum.  I have found it both academically beneficial and a lot of fun.

The middle school students will not be participating in the science fair this year.  Sister has scheduled it as a bi-annual event.

The 7th grade field trip to the coast is scheduled for early May so look for more information in the future.  The 8th grade will visit Busch Gardens in mid October.  I will be sending more information in the coming weeks.

I look forward to meeting with parents at Parent NIght on Sept. 2.  I will discuss class procedures and answer your questions at that time.

Again, welcome back and God bless.
