6A - Service Projects

In addition to participating in schoolwide community service efforts, here is an overview of the service activities the sixth grade
hopes to do in 2008-2009.

 

Caring & Sharing Center
(establish seasonal drives for needed items 
in January and March)

Carolina House
(prepare Christmas cards and gift bags for 40-50 residents)

Mats for Meals
(make seasonal placemats for shut-ins )

Prayer Partners
(create Advent gifts and develop prayer services)

Scholastic Classrooms Care Program
(read 100 books read through December 31, and Scholastic will donate 100 books to kids in need)
