Middle School Supplies

 Required Supplies and Fees for Middle School Students

Each student is required to purchase a Homework Assignment Book from our school (Cost: $4.00).  If paying by check, please make the check out to St. Thomas More School with Assignment Book written in the memo line.

One sturdy zippered pencil case

USB Flash Drive—2 GB or greater (please mark with student’s name)

Supply of white, college-ruled notebook paper

Supply of #2 pencils
Colored pencils (12 pack is adequate)

Highlighters

Pens (blue, black, red)

Markers

36 dividers for 3 ring binders

One YELLOW folder

One 1-subject spiral notebook

Glue stick

3 packages lined 3” x 5” index cards

Scissors

$20 for the purchase of headsets
Note: Checks to be made out to St. Thomas More School with headset written in the memo line.
These will be used for Spanish and Technology.  This is a one-time fee and the students will use these for all three years.

Sixth Grade Supplies

Two 2” heavy duty binders

Two marble covered notebooks

One 1-subject spiral notebook

One SHARPIE black permanent marker

One 12-inch ruler with centimeter scale

One Staedtler Mars 180 degree protractor

One Staedtler Geo Student Compass (all metal)

Supply of ¼” graph paper

Mechanical pencils and ample supply of lead

Rubber cement

Classroom Supplies

Every student for each grade is required to bring in the following items:

6^th Grade – Lysol Wipes

7^th Grade – 3 rolls of paper towels

8^th Grade – 2 boxes of tissues

Elective Supplies and Fees

All checks should be made out to St. Thomas More School with the elective written on the memo line.  Please submit separate checks for each elective and do not combine this fee with other checks.

Fiber Arts and Surface Design on Fabric

Sculpture and Ceramics

Technology - $20 for Applied Arts class only

Science of Crime Solving – One 1 inch binder with a packet of dividers

Political Cartoons and Satire – One 1-subject spiral notebook

Study Skills – One 1 inch binder

Please note: Supplies may need to be replenished as the year progresses.

Upper school students are expected to have an ample supply of paper and writing implements at all times.
