2011-2012 STM GOLF

Jackie Golf Trophy 2011Saturday, Oct. 15th some of the St. Thomas More Golf Team were able to finish the NC Middle School Golf Championship in Badin, NC after weather delays from several weeks ago. STM had 4 students representing the school; 7th graders; Nella Rouse & John Vance, and 8th graders; Jacqueline Kirsch & Cole Curis. 

While we didn’t win the team championship we did have some great individual efforts (see the PDF enclosed). Our kids competed with some of the best middle golf players in North Carolina and came away winners. Jacqueline Kirsch even came away with an individual trophy. 

A special thank you to you Michael for letting our kids compete in this event, it really was a great experience for both the kids and the parents.
