They are already so wonderful and their ideas are so unique!
1st-8th grade come up with their own ideas for their pictures.

                             Original Works Magnet Project

Dear Family:

This is to let you know that STM is participating in this special program which allows you to have your child's very own artwork reproduced onto a selection of over 20 quality products. these products range from magnets, mugs, and mouse pads to t-shirts, tote bags and tiles.

Your child is creating their artwork in school, using the regular art curriculum as the basis for their work. You will then have the opportunity to order your child's own art work featured on each and every product.

We are thrilled to be participating in this unique and innovative program again this year. We have participated in it for the past 16 years at STM. Look for complete program, product, and pricing information coming with the magnet the first week of November.

Additional product and program info can be found at www.originalworks.com

For Immediate Release

ST. THOMAS MORE STUDENTS ARE INTERNET ARTISTS!

Move over Picasso! Here come the St. Thomas More artists! Barbara Ives, an art teacher from St. Thomas More, has teamed up with Artsonia.com to display students' artwork on the Artsonia website. Check out www.artsonia.com/schools/stthomas1 and see for yourself!

St. Thomas More joins students from over 75 countries whose artwork is showcased on Artsonia. "This project is a wonderful way to integrate technology into the art curriculum," said Barbara Ives.

Artsonia is a student art museum on the web and features artwork by thousands of students of all ages. Visitors can honor the young artists by leaving them written comments. When you visit Artsonia, please keep in mind that you may well be looking at the future Monets, Van Goghs and Picassos!
