AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM INFORMATION 2006/2007

2. Fees: 
A. REGISTRATION:  If you register before June 7, the fee is $50.00 per family. After June 7, the registration fee is $75.00 per family. This fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. When registering your child/ren, please choose from one of the three options listed below.
 
B. TUITION: The year’s tuition is divided into nine (9) monthly payments. The first payment is due September 1st and the final payment is due May 1st. Once you register for a particular option, tuition for that option is due monthly regardless of the number of days your child/ren attend in a month. All checks should be made out to the school and mailed to the school or given to the Afterschool Director.
 
Option 1: Four or five days a week
First child            $225.00 per month or $2,025.00/year
Second child       $160.00 per month or $1,440.00/year
Third child           $120.00 per month or $1,080.00/year
 
 
Option 2: Three days or less a week
First child            $195.00 per month or $1,755.00/year
Second child       $135.00 per month or $1,215.00/year
Third child           $100.00 per month or $   900.00/year
 
                       
Option 3: Occasional Child Care
First child            $   25.00 per day
Second child       $   15.00 per day
Third child           $   10.00 per day
 
                         
·        A limit of ten children a day will be accepted for Option 3 and this is subject to the Director’s discretion.
·        All payments must be made by check when the child/ren are picked up. No cash will be accepted.
 
 
C. RETURNED CHECK CHARGE: There will be a $20.00 charge on all returned checks.
 

3. Hours:

The hours of the program will be from 2:45-5:45 p.m. 

On the first Wednesday of the month, 1:45 dismissal, the hours of the program will be from 1:45-5:45 p.m. 

Afterschool will be provided when school dismisses at 11:30 a.m. (half days) at an additional charge. 
Sign up and payment due 2 weeks prior to 11:30 dismissal days.

PLEASE CALL (967- 8561) IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE PICKING UP YOUR CHILD.
A fee of $10.00 per each 15 minutes will be charged for late pickup, with no exceptions. For example: 5:46 to 6:00 will be $10.00, and 6:00 to 6:15 will be $20.00.
 
 
4. School Closing: 
The Afterschool Program follows the same policy as the regular school for holidays and snow days.
 
5. Snacks:
We will provide nutritious snacks and beverages each day.
 
6. Written Notice:  
For your child's safety, please call or e-mail your child’s teacher and the Afterschool Director if there any changes regarding your child's pickup or attendance in our Afterschool Program. 
 
7. Maximum Enrollment:
In the event that maximum enrollment is reached, the children of working parents will be given priority. The Afterschool Program was established specifically to accommodate them.
