Dear Parents,

Please take a moment to consider the option of registering your child for the Afterschool Program even if you only use it occasionally.  For example, if you are unable to pick your child up when school is out, they are brought to the Afterschool room and placed in our care.  The charge for an unregistered child is $10/quarter hour that they are with us (that’s $40/hour).  The charge, if they are registered in the program, is $26 for the entire 3 hours.  We provide a snack as well as a safe, enjoyable environment for the children and they love coming here.  If they are registered in advance, I am happy to take your child at the last minute should the need arise.  Just call and let me know they are coming.  Below is a fee schedule and application.

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM INFORMATION 2008/2009

 Fees: 

         A.  REGISTRATION:  The registration fee is $75.00 per family.  This fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.  When registering your child/ren, please choose from one of the three options listed below.

         B.  TUITION: The year’s tuition is divided into nine (9) monthly payments.  The first payment is due September 1^st and the final payment is due May 1^st.  Once you register for a particular option, tuition for that option is due monthly regardless of the number of days your child/ren attend in a month.  All checks should be made out to the school  and mailed to the school or given to the Afterschool Director.

              Option 1: Four or five days a week

First child            $240.00 per month or $2,160.00/year

                        Second child       $170.00 per month or $1,530.00/year

                        Third child           $130.00 per month or $1,170.00/year

             Option 2:  Three days or less a week

First child            $ 205.00 per month or $1,895.00/year

                        Second child       $145.00 per month or $1,305.00/year

                        Third child           $110.00 per month or $   990.00/year

               Option 3:  Occasional Child Care ** payable when child is picked up

                        First child            $ 26.00 per day

                        Second child       $ 16.00 per day

                        Third child           $ 11.00 per day

·         A limit of ten children a day will be accepted for Option 3 and this is subject to the Director’s discretion.
