Please take a moment to consider the option of registering your child for the Afterschool Program even if you only use it occasionally.  For example, if you are unable to pick your child up when school is out, they are brought to the Afterschool room and placed in our care.  The charge for an unregistered child is $10/quarter hour that they are with us (that’s $40/hour).  The charge, if they are registered in the program, is $29 for the entire 3 hours.  We provide a snack as well as a safe, enjoyable environment for the children and they love coming here.  If they are registered in advance, I am happy to take your child at the last minute should the need arise.  Just call and let me know they are coming.  Below is a fee schedule and application.

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM

INFORMATION 2011-12

Fees: 

A. REGISTRATION:  The registration fee is $75.00 per family. This fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. When registering your child/ren, please choose from one of the three options listed below.

B. TUITION: The year’s tuition is divided into nine (9) monthly payments. The first payment is due September 1^st and the final payment is due May 1^st. Once you register for a particular option, tuition for that option is due monthly regardless of the number of  days your child/ren attend in a month. All checks should be made out to the school and mailed to the school or given to the Afterschool Director.

             
        Option 1: Four or five days a week

• First child..........$262/month, $2358/year
• Second child....$185/month, $1665/year
• Third child.........$143/month, $1287/year

        Option 2: Three days or less a week

• First child.........$227/month, $2043/year
• Second child...$160/month, $1440/year
• Third child........$121/month, $1089/year

         Option 3: Occasional Child Care * payable when child is picked up

• First child..........$29/day
• Second child....$19/day
• Third child.........$14/day

         Please Note: A limit of ten children a day will be accepted for Option 3 and this is subject to the Director’s discretion.

 C. RETURNED CHECK CHARGE: There will be a $20.00 charge on all returned checks.

 Hours:  

• The hours of the program will be from 2:45-5:45 p.m.   
  
• On the first Wednesday of the month with a 1:45 dismissal,
  the hours of the program will be from 1:45-5:45 p.m.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE PICKING UP YOUR CHILD PLEASE CALL (967- 8561or 942-6266)
A fee of $10.00 per each 15 minutes will be charged for late pickup, with no exceptions. For example: 5:46 to 6:00 will be $10.00, and 6:00 to 6:15 will be $20.00.

Afterschool will be provided when school dismisses at 11:30 a.m. at an additional charge of:

• $35.00/child
• $50.00/2 siblings
• $60.00/3 siblings. Sign up and payment due 2 weeks prior to 11:30 dismissal days.

School Closing:  The Afterschool Program follows the same policy as the regular school for holidays and snow days.

Snacks: We will provide nutritious snacks and beverages each day.

Written Notice:  For your child's safety, please call or e-mail your child’s teacher and the   Afterschool Director if there any changes regarding your child's pickup or attendance in our Afterschool Program. 

Maximum Enrollment: In the event that maximum enrollment is reached, the children of  working parents will be given priority. The Afterschool Program was established  specifically to accommodate them.
