Welcome to 5B!


Class 5-B is taught by Mrs. Lisa Epperson. Mrs. Epperson teaches Religion, Math and Social Studies to all fifth graders. In fifth grade there are many creative and fun projects in which we use computers, reference materials, and historical movie presentations to learn about the states and our nation’s history. In January we will present a choral performance with songs and poetry about our country. We have planned two wonderful social studies related field trips in the spring. The one that everyone looks forward to most is the trip to Old Salem in Winston-Salem, NC. 

In math we continue and expand upon their 4th grade studies as we prepare for Algebra in the Middle School. 

In Religion we study the sacraments and work on service projects through the year.

Fifth grade is a busy and exciting year!!!
